1. Pre-Construction
From the outset, we work closely with the owner and design team to align scope, budget, and expectations. Early coordination with trusted subcontractors and competitive bidding allows us to refine pricing, identify efficiencies, and move into construction with clarity.
2. Contracting
Our contracts are clear, thorough, and transparent. Each agreement is structured to define scope, costs, schedules, responsibilities, and protections, creating alignment before construction begins. We believe the strongest contracts are fair to all parties and set the foundation for a successful project.
3. Scheduling
We develop and manage a detailed project schedule using cloud-based software to keep all stakeholders aligned.

4. Construction

Project Management & Ongoing Support
Our office team provides dedicated oversight for every project, ensuring consistent communication and accountability from start to finish. All RFIs, change orders, submittals, schedules, and billing are centralized through our office, creating clear documentation and efficient decision-making.
Projects are managed through Procore, providing a shared platform for tracking, documentation, and transparency. Weekly reporting keeps all stakeholders informed of completed work, upcoming milestones, and outstanding items. We support regular jobsite meetings and maintain a collaborative approach with the architect and owner to ensure alignment at every stage.
Our commitment extends beyond completion. We respond promptly to warranty items and remain available to past clients for ongoing construction needs. Annual maintenance services are available to support the long-term performance of every home we build.
