Green Statement

At Norman Charles Construction we believe that it is our responsibility and the responsibility of the building industry to minimize the impact of construction on the natural environment. We currently use many commonplace and effective Green practices when working on our projects. Many of these basic Green Building practices cost the same as conventional ones.

We believe Green Building:

Decreases energy and water consumption.
Provides durable, easy to maintain buildings and systems.
Utilizes resource efficient techniques and materials.
Promotes healthier, safer and more comfortable structures.
